Everything you need to know about using Keeep.

Getting Started

1. Open @KeeepItBot in Telegram
2. Tap /start — Keeep creates your personal inventory automatically
3. You're ready! Send a photo of any item to start cataloging

Smart Add (AI Photo Recognition)

Smart Add is the fastest way to add items. Just send a photo:

1. Take a photo of your item (or choose from gallery)
2. Send it to the bot — any photo you send is automatically recognized
3. AI identifies the item: name, brand, condition, estimated price, color
4. Review the suggestion, then tap Save

Multi-photo items

For better recognition, send multiple photos at once (select several in gallery). AI combines details from all angles into one description.

Tips for good photos

• Clear, well-lit photos on a plain background work best
• Include brand labels, model numbers if visible
• Show any damage or wear for accurate condition assessment
• One product per Smart Add — for different items, do separate Smart Adds

Managing Your Inventory

Browsing items

• /list — Browse all items with pagination
• /search <query> — Search by name
• /item <id> — View item detail (e.g. /item42)
• /stats — Dashboard with counts, total value, status breakdown

Editing items

Open any item with /item and use the inline buttons to:

• Change price (+10%, -10%, or set custom)
• Change status (available, reserved, sold)
• Generate a marketplace listing
• Delete the item

Projects

Organize items into separate projects (tables):

• /projects — List and switch between projects
• /newproject <name> — Create a new project (e.g. /newproject Electronics)

Sharing projects

Plus and Pro users can share projects with family or collaborators:

• /share — Pick a project and permission level (view or edit), get an invite link
• Send the link to your collaborator — they tap it to join
• /shared — See all shared projects (given and received)
• /unshare — Revoke someone's access
• /leave — Leave a project shared with you

Free users who join a shared project get view-only access regardless of the invite permission.

Generating Marketplace Listings

Keeep generates platform-specific listings with SEO-optimized titles and compelling descriptions:

1. Open an item with /item
2. Tap Generate listing
3. Choose platform: Blocket, Vinted, eBay, Etsy, or Depop
4. AI generates title + description in the platform's language and style
5. Copy the listing or use the browser extension to auto-fill

Writing style

Customize how AI writes your listings:

• /setstyle — Paste an example listing you like, AI learns your tone
• You can set different styles per platform
• Clear style: /setstyle then /skip

Browser Extension

The Keeep browser extension auto-fills listing forms on Blocket, Vinted, Etsy, and Depop with one click.

Installation

1. Download the extension from the Chrome Web Store (coming soon) or load unpacked from the repo
2. In Telegram, send /account to the bot
3. Tap the Connect Extension link — it opens in your browser and auto-configures the extension

Using the extension

1. Open a listing form on Blocket, Vinted, Etsy, or Depop
2. Click the Keeep extension icon in your browser toolbar
3. Select an item from your inventory
4. Click Fill — title, description, photos, category, brand, condition, and color are filled automatically
5. For Vinted: paste the price with Ctrl+V (copied to clipboard automatically)
6. Review and submit your listing

Mini App

Keeep includes a Telegram Mini App for visual inventory management:

• Tap the Inventory menu button in the bot to open it
• Browse items as cards with photos, search by name, filter by status
• Tap any item to view details, edit fields inline, change status, or delete
• Switch between projects using the tabs at the top
• Generate and preview eBay listings directly in the app

Marketplace Connections

Connect marketplace accounts to publish listings directly (where supported):

• /connect ebay — Connect your eBay account via OAuth
• /disconnect ebay — Remove the connection
• /publish <id> — Publish an item to a connected marketplace

Account info

• /account — View your Telegram ID, plan, connected marketplaces, and extension connection link
• /plan — View current subscription and usage limits
• /upgrade — Upgrade your plan

Export your data

• /export — Download your inventory as a CSV file

Delete your account

• /deleteaccount — Permanently delete all your data (items, photos, listings, marketplace connections, account)
• You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm
• This action cannot be undone
• If you have the browser extension connected, it will disconnect automatically

FAQ

Is Keeep free?

Yes! The free plan includes Smart Add, inventory management, and listing generation. Premium features are available for power sellers.

What marketplaces are supported?

Blocket (Sweden), Vinted (Europe), eBay, Etsy, and Depop. The browser extension auto-fills listing forms on Blocket, Vinted, Etsy, and Depop.

What happens to my photos?

Photos are sent to Google Gemini AI for recognition (no personal data attached), then stored securely in our EU-based cloud storage. They're deleted when you delete the item or your account.

Can I use Keeep on my phone?

The Telegram bot works on any device. The browser extension requires a desktop browser (Chrome/Edge). The Mini App works in Telegram's built-in browser.
